Table of Contents

A practical sourcing and partnership guide for footwear retailers, wholesalers, importers and distributors in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines

Senior comfort shoes can be sourced in Southeast Asia through local stockists, general footwear importers or a senior-focused brand partner. For medium-sized retailers and distributors that need a branded range, mixed-SKU testing, selling materials, training and repeat-order support, a brand-supported wholesale model is usually the stronger option. ZULIZ accepts wholesale, distribution, retail and franchise inquiries for Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.

For approved partners, ZULIZ's current support policy is designed to reduce the risk of entering the category. Partners do not pay a brand-use fee, the US$50,000 brand security deposit is waived, and there is no single high MOQ imposed across every product and market. Samples, small-batch trials and mixed-SKU opening orders may be discussed. A qualifying first commercial order may also receive matching eligible support goods on a one-for-one quantity basis, subject to a written support plan.

This does not mean that every product, buyer or country receives identical terms. Prices, eligible styles, samples, MOQ structure, support-goods allocation, stock point, delivery time, after-sales coverage and territory rights must be confirmed for the specific project in a quotation or signed agreement.

Quick Answer: Which Buying Route Is Most Suitable?

Choose a local stockist when speed and a small immediate replenishment are the main priorities. Choose a general importer when you need a broad, multi-brand footwear assortment. Choose a senior-focused brand partner when you want to build a recognizable category and need product selection, staff education, launch content, after-sales coordination and a repeat-supply plan in addition to the shoes themselves.

For an established retailer, wholesaler or distributor, the commercial question is therefore not only, “Who has the cheapest senior shoes?” A better question is: “Which supplier can help me test the category at controlled risk, protect product quality and support repeat sales if the first range works?”

Supply model Best suited to Main advantage What the buyer should confirm
Local or market-based wholesale Retailers testing a small range quickly Potentially faster access when suitable stock is available Current stock point, available models and sizes, local delivery and repeat-order terms
General footwear importer Multi-category stores that want senior shoes inside a broad assortment Consolidated buying across several footwear categories Senior-specific fit knowledge, product claims, size support and defect handling
Brand-supported wholesale Footwear, comfort, wellness and senior-product retailers Products plus brand, training, content and category-building support Samples, MOQ method, mixed-SKU options, opening support and included services
Regional distribution Importers and distributors with dealer, retail or e-commerce networks Broader channel development and possible territory discussion Channel scope, territory availability, targets, supply plan and after-sales terms
Franchise or branded retail Operators planning a dedicated store, counter or shop-in-shop A more complete branded retail concept Qualification, store plan, opening support, brand terms and written commercial policy

Private-label projects are a separate route. They require a product brief, customization scope, samples, testing responsibilities, order volume and agreement on branding and intellectual-property ownership.

Who Prepared This Guide, and What Is It Based On?

This guide is published by ZULIZ for professional footwear buyers. It combines product, company and market information published on the official ZULIZ website with the current partner-support policy supplied for this article. The buying questions are organized around the practical due-diligence sequence used by retailers, wholesalers, importers and distributors: product fit, samples, MOQ, first-order exposure, landed cost, sell-through, replenishment, after-sales and channel rights.

ZULIZ is the seller and prospective cooperation partner, not an independent market-research company. Company scale, store counts and partnership information are therefore identified as ZULIZ-published information. Commercial-support terms are presented as conditional policy, not as an automatic public offer or a guarantee of sales or profit.

What Do Buyers Usually Ask After Finding a Supplier?

Once a buyer knows where the shoes can be sourced, the next questions usually move from product interest to commercial risk:

  1. Can I order samples before committing to a commercial order?
  2. What is the MOQ, and can I combine different styles, colors and sizes?
  3. How does the first-order product-support policy work?
  4. Can the support goods use different SKUs from the purchased goods?
  5. What would my effective average merchandise cost and landed cost be?
  6. What gross margin could I plan at my local retail price?
  7. What happens if qualified products develop glue failure or a broken sole?
  8. Can I replenish or transfer stock through a nearby market stock point?
  9. Can regional, channel or customer protection be discussed?
  10. What information should I send to receive a useful proposal instead of a generic price list?

The rest of this guide answers these questions in the same order a serious buyer is likely to make the decision.

Why Senior Comfort Footwear Should Not Be Bought Like General Fashion Shoes

Senior comfort footwear is a fit-, occasion- and service-led category. The buyer is not only purchasing styles; the buyer is building an assortment that must be understood by store staff, worn comfortably by older customers, explained clearly to family purchasers and replenished by model and size.

An older customer buying for neighborhood walking may need a different product from someone buying for travel, errands or warm-weather leisure. A family member buying for a parent may need accurate sizing guidance and a simple explanation of fastening, upper room, weight and intended use. These needs make model-level information more important than broad claims such as “comfortable for everyone.”

A professional buyer should evaluate:

  • ease of putting on and taking off;
  • fit, toe-room and size guidance for the intended customer;
  • upper material, weight and climate suitability;
  • cushioning, flex and sole stability for everyday walking;
  • fastening method and adjustability;
  • model-level materials, packaging and care information;
  • opening size curve and the ability to reorder fast-moving sizes; and
  • product training, selling content and after-sales documentation.

This is why the lowest quotation is not automatically the lowest-risk purchase. A cheap order can become expensive when the size curve is wrong, staff cannot explain the range, slow-moving inventory absorbs cash, winning sizes cannot be replenished or defect cases have no documented process.

Which Senior Comfort Shoe Categories Should a Wholesaler Test First?

Older consumers are not one uniform segment. A focused opening range should cover a small number of distinct everyday occasions rather than buying many similar models without a clear role.

Walking shoes for the core daily-use need

Walking shoes can anchor the assortment because the occasion is frequent and easy to communicate: neighborhood walks, shopping and daily errands. Compare weight, fit, upper construction, fastening, cushioning and sole stability at model level.

Mom shoes and dad shoes for simple merchandising

Mom-shoe and dad-shoe groupings can make the range easier to present in footwear stores, community retail, senior-product stores and family-oriented online channels. The product story should remain specific—fit, easy wearing, comfort and intended daily use—rather than making medical or therapeutic promises.

Travel shoes for active older customers and family buyers

Travel styles should balance comfort, weight, packability and versatile appearance. They can serve older consumers who remain active as well as adult children purchasing a practical pair for their parents.

Sandals for warm-weather and tropical markets

Summer sandals, soft sandals and casual beach sandals can complement closed shoes in Southeast Asia. Buyers should still assess fastening, upper materials, fit and sole design rather than assuming every open style is suitable for older wearers.

The ZULIZ product range includes walking shoes, travelling shoes, mom shoes, dad shoes, summer sandals, soft summer sandals and casual beach sandals. The final starter assortment should be selected according to the target wearer, climate, selling channel, local price band and staff's ability to explain each model.

Can I Start with Samples, a Small Batch or Mixed SKUs?

Yes, these routes can be discussed. ZULIZ does not impose one uniform, high MOQ across every product, country and partner. A prospective partner may apply for samples first or propose a small-batch, mixed-SKU test order.

This flexibility is commercially important because “low MOQ” by itself is vague. A useful written proposal should state:

  • whether MOQ is calculated by model, color, material, size run or total purchase order;
  • which products can be combined in one opening order;
  • the permitted size assortment for each selected model;
  • whether sample, first-order and repeat-order thresholds differ;
  • which packaging or customization choices create additional minimums; and
  • the expected production or delivery time for each route.

A small test should still be large enough to produce a meaningful result. If the range contains too few occasions or an unrealistic size curve, weak sell-through may reflect the test design rather than the category. ZULIZ can discuss a starter mix that balances walking shoes, easy-wear styles and seasonal products without forcing the partner to take every available SKU.

How Does ZULIZ's First-Order Product Support Work?

Under the current policy, an approved partner's first commercial order may qualify for one-for-one product support. For the quantity of eligible pairs purchased under the written plan, ZULIZ may match an equal quantity of eligible support goods without charging a separate merchandise price for those support goods.

The support goods do not have to be identical to the purchased products. Different eligible SKUs, sizes and use occasions may be combined when approved. This allows the partner to use the first order to test more than one customer need instead of doubling the same inventory blindly.

A better opening-order design may therefore include:

  • core walking styles for frequent daily use;
  • easy-wear mom and dad shoes for clear store presentation;
  • travel styles for active older customers and family purchasers;
  • warm-weather sandals where climate and channel make them relevant; and
  • a deliberate size curve based on the partner's expected customer base.

The strongest first-order support is available at the opening stage, so a partner with adequate channels, working capital and a credible launch plan may choose a more complete first assortment. However, ZULIZ does not recommend taking a large order that the partner cannot merchandise, explain or sell. The commercial objective is productive market testing and sell-through, not inventory accumulation.

Eligibility, purchased quantity, matched quantity, support-product list, allocation method, delivery basis and any exclusions must be written into the approved support plan before payment.

Do I Need to Pay a Brand Fee or US$50,000 Deposit?

Under the current partner-support policy, approved partners do not pay a brand-use fee, and the previously applicable US$50,000 brand security deposit is fully waived. This reduces the brand-entry and market-startup threshold for a qualified partner.

The waiver does not remove the need for business review, market planning or a written cooperation agreement. The partner remains responsible for its own company setup, store or channel costs, local compliance, import expenses, staffing, marketing execution and working capital. Any store design, fixtures, local advertising or third-party service costs should be identified separately in the proposal.

Can the Effective Average Merchandise Cost Be Below US$10 per Pair?

For some eligible products, the effective average merchandise cost may fall below US$10 per pair after approved first-order support goods are included. This is not a universal quotation for every SKU.

The calculation should be understood clearly:

Effective average merchandise cost = payable merchandise amount ÷ total eligible pairs received under the approved first-order plan.

This figure is a merchandise-cost measure. It excludes international freight, insurance, duties, taxes, customs clearance, warehousing, local delivery and other expenses that determine the buyer's landed cost. Currency movement, promotional discounts, unsold inventory and local operating costs may also affect the final business result.

A responsible buyer should request both figures:

  • the effective average merchandise cost after approved support; and
  • the estimated landed cost per pair at the required delivery location.

This prevents an attractive product-cost figure from being mistaken for the complete cost of putting the shoes on a local shelf.

Can I Plan for a 60%–70% Retail Gross Margin?

Under reasonable local pricing and normal sell-through, a partner may use an average retail gross-margin range of 60%–70% as a planning target. It is not guaranteed income and it is not net profit.

Gross margin is affected by the approved merchandise cost, freight and duty treatment, the partner's retail price, sales discounts, channel commissions, product mix and sell-through. Net profit must also account for rent, payroll, advertising, payment fees, returns, taxes and other operating expenses.

The most important variable is not the percentage printed in a proposal; it is whether the selected products sell at the planned price without excessive discounting. Before ordering, test at least three scenarios:

  • the expected retail price and normal sell-through;
  • a conservative case with slower sales or moderate discounting; and
  • a downside case that includes clearance, higher freight or a weaker size mix.

This makes the margin discussion commercially useful and avoids treating a planning range as a promise.

What After-Sales Protection Applies to Glue Failure or a Broken Sole?

For products and claims that meet the policy conditions, a glue-bond failure or broken sole occurring within the applicable one-year period may qualify for replacement or another approved after-sales remedy.

The partner should retain the order or purchase record and submit clear photographs or video showing the product, issue and relevant identification. After the claim is reviewed and approved, the approved amount can be credited directly against merchandise payable under the applicable settlement arrangement.

Global after-sales support may be coordinated through the relevant local store, agent, distributor or cooperation channel. This helps the partner resolve eligible customer cases closer to the market while keeping documentation and commercial settlement consistent.

The written agreement should define the covered products, start date of the one-year period, eligible defect conditions, exclusions, required evidence, review process, response route and remedy. Normal wear, misuse, unsuitable care or damage outside the approved policy should not be represented as an automatic quality claim.

Can Stock Transfer, Replenishment and Local Support Be Arranged Flexibly?

They can be discussed according to the actual market structure. Where an applicable local or nearby stock point is available—for example, a Singapore stock point confirmed for the relevant order—replenishment, stock transfer and after-sales handling may be coordinated around that supply point.

Availability should never be assumed from the existence of a store, agent or historical market presence. The buyer should confirm in writing:

  • the actual dispatch point for the quoted products;
  • current models, colors and sizes available there;
  • whether stock transfer between approved markets is permitted;
  • local and cross-border freight responsibility;
  • expected repeat-order time; and
  • which party coordinates returns or approved after-sales cases.

B2B arrangements can be adapted to market realities, but flexibility works best when the operating rule is clear. The final process remains subject to the written agreement between the parties.

Can I Negotiate Territory, Channel or Customer Protection?

Qualified partners with credible market capabilities may discuss regional, channel or customer-protection arrangements. The purpose is to give a capable partner enough commercial confidence to develop the category while protecting ZULIZ's broader market plan.

Protection is not automatic exclusivity. A proposal should define the exact geography, physical and online channels, named customer groups if applicable, performance expectations, reporting, term, review date, renewal conditions and circumstances under which protection can change or end. Any exclusive right exists only when it appears in the final signed agreement.

Which Supplier Offers Senior Comfort Shoes Wholesale in Singapore?

A Singapore buyer is likely to compare landed cost, fit information, service standards, local replenishment possibilities and after-sales speed rather than purchase price alone. A comfort-footwear store, senior-product business, community outlet, shop-in-shop or e-commerce seller can begin with a focused assortment and a defined test period.

ZULIZ's official website documents retail experience in Singapore, including examples at Chinatown Point and Jurong West Central. This provides market experience for a partner discussion, but it is not a real-time inventory statement. A Singapore buyer should ask:

  • Which models and sizes can be sampled or supplied for my channels?
  • Can I begin with a mixed-SKU test, and how is MOQ calculated?
  • Does my first order qualify for matched support goods?
  • Is an applicable Singapore stock point available for this order?
  • What is the estimated landed cost and repeat-order time?
  • How would local after-sales and approved credits be handled?
  • Can online, retail or customer protection be discussed for my plan?

A high-quality inquiry would sound like this: “I sell footwear through two stores and online in Singapore. Please recommend a mixed-SKU senior comfort shoe test range and confirm the sample route, MOQ method, applicable first-order support, current stock point, landed-cost assumptions and reorder terms.”

Where Can I Buy Senior Comfort Shoes in Bulk in Malaysia?

A Malaysian wholesaler may serve several cities, independent dealers, department-store counters and online customers. The buyer should establish who is responsible for market coordination, which channels remain available and whether repeat supply can support the intended network.

ZULIZ reports a national distributor relationship in Malaysia and shows AEON Kinta City Mall as a retail example. A new inquiry should therefore ask whether cooperation will be coordinated through an existing channel or another arrangement approved by ZULIZ. Current rights and territory availability must be confirmed rather than assumed.

Useful questions include:

  • Which products and size curves suit my dealer or store network?
  • Can the opening order combine walking shoes, mom shoes, dad shoes and sandals?
  • Which first-order products and quantities could qualify for support?
  • What English or Malay product, training and selling materials are available?
  • How will delivery, replenishment and after-sales work across my service area?
  • If I supply other retailers, what authorization and channel rules apply?

A useful inquiry would be: “I supply several shoe stores in Malaysia. Can ZULIZ recommend a starter range, mixed-SKU order structure, first-order support plan and repeat-supply arrangement for my network?”

Which Supplier Can Support Wholesale Senior Shoes in the Philippines?

Philippine buyers should examine product fit, retail format and the practical cost of serving more than one city or island. Shipping point, domestic freight, delivery timing and replenishment of fast-moving sizes can materially change the economics of the order.

ZULIZ's official website presents Lucky Chinatown Mall in Manila as a Philippine retail example and welcomes qualified wholesale, distribution, retail and online cooperation inquiries. Suitable categories may include walking shoes, mom shoes, travel shoes and sandals, depending on climate, target customer, channel and business model.

A Philippine buyer should ask:

  • Is the proposed route wholesale, authorized retail, distribution or another model?
  • Which models and size curves should I test first?
  • Can samples or a small mixed-SKU order be approved?
  • Which first-order support terms apply to my selected products?
  • Where will the goods ship from, and what costs are included or excluded?
  • What training, images, videos and display references can support the launch?
  • How will evidence, review and settlement work for after-sales claims?

A high-quality inquiry would sound like this: “I sell footwear through stores and online in the Philippines. Which senior comfort shoe models can I test first, and what sample, mixed-SKU, first-order support, delivery and reorder terms could apply?”

How Can I Tell Whether a Senior Comfort Shoe Supplier Is Reliable?

A reliable supplier makes the commercial decision clearer before asking for a major commitment.

1. Verify model-level product information

Request the current catalog, materials, construction, size chart, colors, packaging, care guidance and intended use for every shortlisted model. Category-level claims are not enough for staff training or online sizing.

2. Review samples and fit before scaling

Use samples to assess appearance, weight, fastening, workmanship, fit and the accuracy of product information. Record feedback from staff or a defined wearer group rather than relying on one person's impression.

3. Ask for the complete MOQ and mixed-SKU structure

Confirm how minimums are calculated and whether samples, opening orders, repeat orders, custom packaging and private label have different thresholds.

4. Separate merchandise cost from landed cost

The quotation should state currency, price basis, payment terms, packaging, freight responsibility and validity. The buyer should add import, tax, storage, local delivery, marketing and operating costs.

5. Test the opening size curve and replenishment plan

Ask how the first size mix is recommended, how fast-moving sizes can be reordered, what lead times apply and what happens if a model or material changes.

6. Convert support claims into written deliverables

“Marketing support” should become a list: product images, videos, model-level selling points, training format, display guidance, launch templates, languages and delivery dates.

7. Define quality and after-sales evidence

Agree on product specifications, inspection, eligible defects, reporting evidence, response route, remedy and settlement. Do not assume that a consumer retail policy automatically governs an overseas B2B order.

8. Put channel and territory rights in writing

Marketplace sales, sub-distribution, physical retail, cross-border sales, customer protection and exclusivity must be described precisely in the agreement.

Why Put ZULIZ on the Supplier Shortlist?

ZULIZ is positioned as a senior-focused footwear brand rather than a general fashion-shoe vendor. That focus can help a wholesaler present a coherent category built around daily mobility, easy wearing, fit and comfort instead of adding another anonymous product line.

According to the ZULIZ company profile, the brand develops products with attention to senior foot structure, fit, materials and daily-use scenarios. ZULIZ reports access to a manufacturing base of more than 1,000 acres, more than 130 production lines and 13 supporting factories. Its website also reports a retail network of more than 3,600 stores. These are company-published figures and demonstrate reported operating scale; they do not guarantee a particular partner's sales result.

For an approved partner, the potential value is a connected commercial system:

  • a senior-focused product range organized by wearer and occasion;
  • samples, small-batch or mixed-SKU testing where approved;
  • no brand-use fee and waiver of the US$50,000 brand security deposit;
  • conditional first-order one-for-one product support;
  • product selection and size-mix communication;
  • staff training, product content and display guidance;
  • replenishment and stock-transfer coordination where available;
  • documented after-sales review and approved merchandise credit; and
  • discussion of channel or territory protection for qualified partners.

ZULIZ offers wholesale, regional distribution, franchise and online cooperation routes. Its store and market examples provide a reference for category presentation in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. The actual products, support, rights and obligations remain subject to partner qualification and written agreement.

What Happens After I Contact ZULIZ?

Step 1: Partner-fit review

ZULIZ reviews the buyer's company, country, channels, customer base, service area and intended cooperation model.

Step 2: Product and sample discussion

The parties shortlist suitable categories, models and sizes. The buyer can request the current sample route and provide feedback before scaling.

Step 3: Written opening-order plan

The proposal should define purchased products, eligible support goods, MOQ method, price, delivery basis, stock point, after-sales route, included support and any channel or territory discussion.

Step 4: Launch and staff preparation

Depending on the approved plan, the partner receives the relevant product information, images, videos, training or display references needed for its channels.

Step 5: Sell-through review, replenishment and after-sales

The partner and ZULIZ can review product and size performance, plan repeat orders, coordinate stock where available and process eligible after-sales cases with the required evidence.

What Should I Include in My First Wholesale Inquiry?

Send a short buyer brief instead of only asking for the “best price.” Include:

  • country, company name, website or business profile;
  • your role and experience in footwear, retail or distribution;
  • current stores, dealer network, e-commerce channels or customer groups;
  • the cooperation model you are considering;
  • preferred categories and size range;
  • estimated first-order range and launch timing;
  • delivery city or service area;
  • whether you need samples, mixed SKUs, training, content or display support;
  • whether you want the current first-order support policy evaluated; and
  • any request for online, retail, sub-distribution, customer or territory protection.

This information allows ZULIZ to respond with a partner-fit recommendation instead of a catalog and price list that may not match the business.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ZULIZ a brand, a manufacturer or a wholesale supplier?

ZULIZ is a senior-focused footwear brand supported by manufacturing and supply-chain resources. For a qualified B2B buyer, it can act as a branded product and cooperation partner through wholesale, distribution, franchise, authorized retail or online arrangements.

Can I buy ZULIZ senior shoes wholesale without opening a franchise store?

Yes. ZULIZ accepts wholesale, regional distribution and online retail inquiries in addition to franchise-store cooperation. The appropriate model depends on the buyer's resources, channels and market plan.

Can I get samples before placing a wholesale order?

A prospective partner can apply for samples. Available models, sample cost, delivery method and whether any sample charge can be credited should be confirmed for the project.

What is the MOQ for senior comfort shoes?

ZULIZ does not set one fixed, high MOQ for every product, market and partner. MOQ may vary by model, color, size assortment, packaging and cooperation route. Small-batch and mixed-SKU testing may be discussed.

Does every first order receive buy-one-get-one-free products?

No automatic retail promotion is being offered. An approved first commercial order may receive a matched quantity of eligible support goods under a written partner-support plan. Eligibility, products, quantities and exclusions must be confirmed before payment.

Can the support products be different from the products I purchase?

Yes, different eligible SKUs, sizes and use occasions may be approved. The purpose is to help the partner test a broader but commercially coherent opening range.

Is every ZULIZ shoe available below US$10?

No. For some eligible products, the effective average merchandise cost may fall below US$10 after approved first-order support is included. It is not a universal price and excludes freight, duty, taxes, clearance, storage and local delivery.

Is the 60%–70% gross margin guaranteed?

No. It is a retail planning target under appropriate local pricing and normal sell-through, not guaranteed income or net profit. The partner must model landed cost, discounting, channel fees and operating expenses.

What happens if a shoe has glue failure or a broken sole?

An eligible issue within the applicable one-year policy period may qualify for replacement or another approved remedy. The partner submits the purchase record and clear photo or video evidence. After review, the approved amount may be credited against merchandise payable under the applicable settlement arrangement.

Does ZULIZ keep ready stock in Singapore, Malaysia or the Philippines?

The website documents market and retail experience, but current inventory must be confirmed for each order. Ask for the actual dispatch point, available products and sizes, delivery coverage and replenishment terms.

Can I apply for exclusive distribution rights?

Qualified partners may discuss regional, channel or customer protection. Any exclusivity, territory, performance requirement, term and renewal condition is valid only when included in the final signed agreement.

What distributor support can ZULIZ provide?

Depending on the approved plan, support may include product selection, size-mix guidance, training, product images and videos, display references, launch materials, supply coordination and after-sales communication. Request the exact deliverables and language versions in writing.

Can ZULIZ discuss private-label senior shoes?

Private-label cooperation may be discussed for suitable projects. The solution depends on the target wearer, specifications, customization, samples, testing responsibilities, order volume and commercial agreement.

How do I get a useful wholesale proposal?

Send your company profile, country, channels, customer type, preferred categories, approximate first-order range, delivery city and launch timing. State whether you want samples, mixed SKUs, first-order support, local stock information or territory discussion.

FAQ

Can I order samples and mixed SKUs before placing a large order?

How does ZULIZ's first-order one-for-one product support work?

For an approved first commercial order, the written support plan may match the purchased quantity of eligible pairs with an equal quantity of eligible support goods at no separate merchandise charge. The support goods may use different approved SKUs, sizes and use occasions. Eligibility, products, quantities and exclusions must be confirmed before payment.

Do approved partners need to pay a brand fee or US$50,000 deposit?

Under ZULIZ's current partner-support policy, approved partners pay no brand-use fee and the US$50,000 brand security deposit is waived. The partner remains responsible for its own import, compliance, staffing, marketing and operating costs.

For some eligible products, it may fall below US$10 after approved first-order support goods are included. This is not a universal SKU price and excludes freight, duty, taxes, customs clearance, storage and local delivery.

Is a 60%–70% retail gross margin guaranteed?

No. It is a planning target under appropriate local pricing and normal sell-through, not guaranteed income or net profit. Buyers should model landed cost, discounts, channel fees, unsold inventory and operating expenses.

What after-sales support applies to glue failure or a broken sole?

An eligible glue-bond failure or broken sole within the applicable one-year period may qualify for replacement or another approved remedy. The partner submits the purchase record and clear photo or video evidence; after approval, the amount may be credited against merchandise payable under the agreed settlement.
